About Us

Learn about our practice in Ross-on-Wye

Vine Tree Vets (formally Archenfeild Vets) has been a part of the Ross-on-Wye community for over 27 years. During this time the practice has undergone many changes to grow into the successful family clinic we have always aimed to be. In 2016 we became part of an even larger family, IVC Evidensia, this has allowed us to grow and increase the services that we can offer to all our small animal patients.

Here at Vine Tree Vets, we pride ourselves on being able to offer a personal, compassionate and caring approach towards the care of all our patients throughout their lives. We understand that all our patients are members of the family and can assure you that their treatment remains our top priority, treating them as if they were our own.

At Vine Tree, we are not only here for you and your pets during our opening hours but operate our own on call veterinary care service. This means that whether day or night, 365 days of the year we can provide treatment for all our registered clients and ensure that we are there with a friendly and familiar face if you need us. Our practice is fully equipped and ready to provide support with all different types of small animal emergency cases.

In September 2022 we gained our ISFM Gold Cat Friendly Clinic award. This shows that we have completed the ISFM programme and are confident that we can minimise the stress some of our feline patients experience when visiting a veterinary clinic. See here for more information Cat Friendly Clinic

We are also proud to be part of the Veterinary Graduate Development Programme (VetGDP), please follow the link to find out more: https://www.rcvs.org.uk/lifelong-learning/vetgdp/
